Description
- Managing, organizing and arranging various social and academic programs and meetings as required by the position.
- Coordinate with various Managers for administrative and training purposes.
- Provide ongoing feedback on various activities to the CEO and CIB Foundation.
- Prepare relevant reports & return and others documents for onward submission to the CEO and CIB Foundation.
- Ensuring smooth functioning of the office of the institution.
- Perform all activities related to accounts of the institution.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters/Bachelor or equivalent degree in any discipline.
- BA degree in any subject (Preferable).
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Candidates having experience in relevant field will be given preference.
- Good Communication skills in English will be given preference.
- Candidates must be well familiar with computer operation, specially MS word, excel and power point (Digital marketing preferable).

Salary
- Probationary period (6 months) BDT 20000/- (Minimum) After Probationary period BDT 24000/-
Compensation & Other Benefits
- Benefits and facilities:
- Residential accommodation (on payment)
- TA/DA is admissible for official tours and travel.
- Medical allowance is admissible.
- On satisfactory performance, salary will be increased @ 10% of basic salary every year for 10 years.
- Festival allowances are admissible twice in a year.
- Compulsory savings: An amount of 10% of total salary will be deducted per month as compulsory saving. This amount will be returned back after 3 years in double figure. If someone wants to withdraw the compulsory savings before 3 years he/she will get the actual saving amount.
