Description
- Act as an operational head of commercial in a Textile Unit.
- All co-responding with suppliers for in time shipment, offer, PI etc.
- Corresponding with C & F in all port regarding Import and Exports issues.
- Monitoring delivery from port as per factory urgency.
- Negotiation with buyers for commercials issues like L/C clause, VAT, payment, acceptance, etc.
- Monitoring renewal or amendment of all licenses.
- Monitoring to release indemnity release in time under SRO facility.
- Everyday dealing with bank regarding trade issues (L/C, L/C amendment, Foreign Docs, Local payment), import loan, EDF loan, limit and charges.
- Checking Bank voucher.
- Monitoring Bond related work and resolve.
- Daily follow up the cash incentive work and resolve the problem.
- Bangladesh Bank work regarding FC loan, EDF loan Extension, Cash Incentive fund collection,
- Monitoring the everyday fund in various lien banks and synchronizing fund for payment of cash LC and term loan.
- Monitoring arrange and process term loan payment according to schedule.
- Quarterly report in Bangladesh bank regarding term loan.
- Local bills checking as per L/C and confirm release docs.
- Monitoring cash sale and wastage sale and related permission as per regulatory rules.
- Monitoring insurance policy and insurance claim.
- Drafting and reporting as per management require.
- Specially monitoring spares , lab equipment, usable equipment ( Rubber Belt, felt etc.) as per factory requirement for collection offer, monitoring shipment and arrange clearance if require arrange local support etc.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters/ MBA in any discipline.
- Must have a good academic result.
- Skills Required: Commercial/ Purchase
