IT Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
  • Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality

Job Responsibilities:

  • As a Front Office Manager, you will assist in supervising the Front Office Team to ensure that Team Members are prepared and well-informed to deliver Guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out. A Front Office Manager is responsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Assist the management to oversee the entire Front Office operation to maintain high standards
  • Assist the management to evaluate levels of Guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement

Head of Security

Job Responsibilities:

  • A hotel security officer is responsible for providing safety in hotels. They help protect guests and their valuables, as well as fellow hotel employees. Typically, hotel security guards do not carry firearms, although there might be weapons on the premises they can access if required.
  • Patrolling the hotel premises (both interior and exterior)
  • Train the guards and follow-up
  • Checking the parking area and ensuring there are no unauthorized vehicles

Food & Beverage Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accomplishment of budgeted food sales, beverage sales, labor costs and profitability.
  • Co-ordinate with all large groups’ meeting/banquet planners for their specific group requirements with the services & facilities offered. This includes proposals, contracts, estimated and actual function statements.
  • Directly accountable for large function billings and supervision of medium/small function billings with particular regard to truthfulness and punctuality.
  • Confirming that services meet customer /clients’ specifications and decrease number of customer complaints.
  • Guarantee Food & Beverage inventory for functions, including opening and closing inventories.

  • Meeting with conveners and confirming proper set-up of Function Room at time of Function while on duty.
  • Accountable for F & B related staff training and development.
  • Overall maintenance of the operation at a level in keeping with the standards prescribed and report any deficiencies in equipment and facilities.
  • Handle all Food & Beverage inquiries and ensure timely follow up on the same business day and supervision of daily paper flow including Proposals, and Function Contracts.
  • Attendance at weekly F&B meeting and Department Head meeting and participation in Manager on Duty shifts as required.
  • Ensure a professional attitude and proper business attire when on property, ready to meet or serve a client.
  • To assist in menu planning and pricing and completion of monthly inventory.
  • All other duties as directed by the Higher Management.
