Description

• Understand the function, various parameter of biological ETP, operation, testing parameter, maintenance & calibration of Lab equipment’s.
• Identify the chemical, hazard symbol, labelling into chemical containers, safety precaution, SOP.
• Check and maintain key process parameter with operating range for all treatment level.
• Keep record ETP functionality assessment report, waste water quality test report conducted internally and by 3rd party (BV, Intertek, BUET, ENV etc.) according to BSR & ENV rule s & regulation.
• Maintain & Establish operational control appropriate to run the ETP, Such as operation log, testing status, equipment’s list, Lab equipment’s maintenance & regular check-up, indent raise for chemical, test kits etc.
• Follow-up with the concern/dept. head on compliance status, update legal license, ENV rules& regulation, std, make buyer wise test report/statement, co-ordinate to the wet process concern if any deviation found in inlet waste water parameter etc.
• Keep knowledge about chemical Management, Sludge management, Air Emission /flue gas data, water & Energy consumption data etc. and keep update record.

Educational Qualification: M.Sc /BSc in Environmental science

Additional Requirements

• Only males are allowed to apply
• Prefer having knowledge about Biological ETP process, Sludge management, EHS,EMS, Legal documents-license (Env),chemical &waste management etc and priority to be given who has working experience on EMS & EHS,HIGG FEM3.0
