Description

• Making plan for individuals and group to achieve the sales target regarding Pre-fabricated steel structure/ building.
• Knowledgeable on principles, practices and techniques of marketing strategies.
• Establish programs to accomplish marketing-related aspects of the corporate mission.
• Assist with Marketing plan development.
• Should manage client -contact program.
• Initiate and develop contact with potential clients and work with principles to secure new clients and projects.
• Work with technical staff to develop proposal sections and scopes of work.
• Responsible for overall marketing staff training and marketing-related technical staff training.
• Manage collateral materials development, public relations and advertising programs, corporate identity development and implementation, special events, direct-mail programs and market research activities.
• Monitoring market activities by door to door.
• Facilitate, control and coordinate the annual strategic marketing planning.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skill.
• Dynamic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as a team member under pressure.
• Strong desire of continuous learning and self-development.

Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering/ MBA from a reputed University.
