Description
- Conduct daily meeting with all quality inspectors and review the lot status, DHU% and most of the defects of the day
- Adhered to new line set up with quality standard for machine by machine
- Collect sample approval, shade band card trim card, spec sheet and go through these to compare first of production with the approval sample before bulk production
- Make sure the right sample, trim card is available in end of line
- Correct quality/technical instruction are exhibited on each quality work stations
- Ensure size sets are made measured and pattern amended as necessary
- Check randomly on all QI work stations once a day and make sure right product is passed
- Responsible for monitoring hourly audit results of respective lines and resolve issue
- Coordinate with all quality controllers understand and solve problems time to time
- Initiate new ideas, process or system to reduce defects with improve quality
- Monitor the defects are observed in finishing and ensure the defect rates are minimized
- Conduct training and ensure all sub ordinates are accountable for their performance to achieve the daily target with quality level
Educational Qualification: Graduate/ B.Sc in Textile Engineering, Major in Garment/ Apparel Manufacturing Technology from any reputed University
Employment Status: Full-time

- Proven experienced in Quality inspection/assurance of any large Lingerie Garment Industry
- Pro-active,self-motivated, enthusiastic and career oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both English & Bengali
- Strong knowledge of compliance issue and awareness of product safety criteria
- Good command of reporting system and well conversant in MS-Office
- Willing to stay beside factory at own accord
