Description
- Achieve monthly and yearly deposit target and portfolio growth.
- Building relationship with potential clients and maintaining relationship with existing ones.
- Ensure retention of mature encashment and reduction of premature encashment.
- Perform daily sales visit and report to the Head of Deposit Mobilization.
- Ensure proper service to the customers.
- Check and submit deposit form to operation department and ensure correction of information in the form from team.
- Resolve team liability audit/compliance issues, integrity issues and disciplinary issues.
- Update team’s Daily Visit Plan and Monthly business projection.
- Visit potential customers with team members.
- Any other tasks from the Department Head.
