Description

• Should have broad knowledge of food products and various raw materials available home and abroad.
• Collect samples of raw materials and in-process materials for quality control
• testing.
• Perform a variety of analytical tests to ensure compliance with established specifications and standards.
• Follow up on in-process quality control activities to identify and address consistency and quality.
• Participate in ISO-related activities of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO standards. Assist in audits and maintain relevant documentation.
• Perform activities for new products and formulating new products using raw materials and documenting the process.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all quality control activities and conduct all quality QC Chemical tests.
• To confirm product quality through input materials of RM & PM, process material and out put material of finished Goods with wastage.
• Perform environmental requirements and compliance standards activities.
• Provide analytical support for product development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve desired product specifications
• Gather samples of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products in accordance with the sampling plan and prepare them for analysis by following the appropriate laboratory procedures.
• Perform various chemical tests and examine samples using various laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Ensure that all testing procedures are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Supervise the lab staff to ensure that quality control activities are maintained.
• Ensure that all instruments used in the laboratory and its surroundings are clean
