Description
- Ensure timely distribution of design sheets to producers/suppliers by maintaining the correct procedure
- Ensure the receiving of the delivery of quality products within the designated timeline
- Strictly maintain the product lead time by solving the possible challenges
- Ensure that the received products have matched the quality benchmark
- Check the sample, sample requisition sheet, and costing sheet as per requirement
- Ensure timely production as per quality through effective planning, supervision and monitoring
- Focus on product quality to minimize cost and rejection rate during the production process.
- Monitor “Daily Production Report” and communicate with the production center if required
- Oversee the production process through effective and regular field visits

- A Graduate or Post-graduate (preferably majored in Finance/ Accounts/ Textile department) from any reputed university
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 18 years
- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in garments manufacturing process.
- Working experience in yarn, weaving, knitting, dyeing or fabric finishing will be preferred
- Knowledge of yarn, fabric, weaving / knitting, dyeing & finishing process, garments manufacturing process etc.
- Problem-solving, analytical and report-writing skills
- Location: Madhabdi, Narsingdi
