Position: Senior Officer, Legal Affairs
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve land property disputes efficiently and effectively.
- Address customer default cases with tact and diplomacy, ensuring fair resolution and adherence to company policies.
- Navigate compliance and consumer rights-related issues, ensuring the company operates within legal boundaries and upholds consumer rights.
- Provide legal guidance and support to internal departments to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Liaise with external legal counsel as necessary to represent the company’s interests in legal proceedings.
- Appear before court on behalf of company.
