Product Developer (Denim/ Non-Denim)
Description
- Planning and manage execution of Photos / Samples activities and monitor timely receipt to meet all deadlines
- Support execution of sourcing strategies for Fabric and accessories by meeting suppliers regularly.
- To work very closely with our internal and external sampling rooms, to make follow up on each development styles and to ensure quality standards are met.
- To have a very good understanding of Washing (both dry and wet process)
- To understand and give proper washing instructions and to validate the washing after receipt of the sample.
- Must have good knowledge in price quotation and product development.
- Must have experience to handle buyer/ buying house independently.
- Must have good skill of mail corresponding directly.
- Must have knowledge of Product development.
- Must have experience to correspond with buyer directly.
- Must have idea about all kind of washing process of Denim.
- Must have experience to marketing Denim product.
- Must have experience to Develop Denim product.
- Must have good communication skill in English with the buyers and buying houses.
- To make costing, sourcing of trims & accessories and fabrics.
- Ability to check garments and technical sheet
- Negotiate competitive prices with all suppliers for execution and reporting to the management
- Work with sample sections & Design team for develop business.
- Follow-up product development and ensure that products meet customer quality & AQL.
- Sourcing of fabrics & Accessories from locally & abroad.
- Any other task assigned by the company.

- Age 25 to 35 years

Salary
- Negotiable
- Strong Computer skills. (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator CS, and good command in Mailing). Minimum Ten-year practical experience as a Product developer in 100% Export Oriented Woven (denim & non-denim) industry. Self-motivated, Self-organized, and Responsible. Good command over English (Spoken and Written). Negotiation skill and Market Information. Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
