Take dictation from the Managing Director- Agribusiness as and when required and type letters correspondence in the appropriate manner and style.
Attend all types of incoming mails, ensure proper distribution and keep regular follow up to resolve issues.
Prepare reports drafting, business correspondence, memos and Meeting Minutes.
Update brochure, website including all kind of communication materials and archive all presentations, talk shows, and public communications under Agribusinesses.
Circulate & summarize Agri related news, topics, and publications among the relevant members of AB team.
Handle Media & Advertisement related works.
Support all foreign guest under Agribusiness for related logistics.
Organize all meetings, events and activities under Agribusinesses.
Liaison with travel agencies, hotel booking for the Executives and arrange travel plans.
Dispatch important letters and ensure proper dispatching and distribution of all outgoing mails and letters to the designated address.
Perform any other assignment given by the Managing Director- Agribusiness as well as on emergency requirement basis.

Educational Requirements : Masters in any discipline Minimum 3 years experience in coordination/ secretarial job Proficiency in MS Office Excellent in written communication Strong interpersonal skill		We Offer: Professional working environment Competitive compensation package Performance based career path
