Description
- Candidate should have working experience as a Director Production in the woven factory.
- Monitoring & controlling activities of a large RMG woven factory.
- Having experience 100% export oriented Woven business of reputed buyers specially GAP, H&M, Walmart.
- Design & layout of Man, Machine and Materials to achieve maximum efficiency
- Implement processes to improve efficiency.
- Ensure optimum utilization of men, machine & material to yield higher productivity.
- Review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
- Clear knowledge on IE Layout, IE target, Efficiency, and SMV.
- Provide technical support when required to ensure customer quality label.
- Drive machine maintenance team to have most suitable machine ready prior to Production
- Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of production wastage like rejection, alteration, over cutting, over production, and extra hour work.
- Identify causes and actionable steps to improve product quality
- Should have knowledge about line administration & production administration
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation from any discipline.
- Apparel manufacturing & textile engineering background will be given preference.
- Selected candidate must show original academic certificates at the time of joining.
