Description
- Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies procedures and systems pertaining to QA/ QC.
- Establish Quality Management System (QMS) as per customer demand.
- Lead the team and ensuring accountability to the top management.
- Ensure Quality in the whole process Fabrication to Shipment in a Woven Garment.
- Quality & Technical guidance, Production Support, Process management and Quality management
- Ensure AQL as per Buyer/Customer requirements.
- Maintaining liaison with merchandising and production department and making the plan to ensure maximum quality.
- Train up to Quality person about QA Standard as per Buyer/Customer requirements.
- To make plan to minimize rejection and communicate with production department
- To handle Buyers QA during their final inspection and during floor visit.
- To handle the Technical audit.
- Other task will be assigned by the Management.
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- Skills Required: Garments, Garment Technology, Quality Assurance Quality Control, Quality Management System

- At least 15 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Additional Requirements
- Age 36 to 50 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Experience in relevant field in woven (tops and bottom) garments are required.
- Experienced in Woven garments Industries & Knowledge about Quality requirements of H&M, GAP, Next, WALMART & other renowned buyers.
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent team playing aptitude with pleasant personality
- Have mentality to work under pressure.
- Good computer knowledge must be required.
