Description
- Optimize Manpower Utilization.
- Monthly, hourly, daily target follow up.
- Order quantity completion as per PO wise, style wise, color wise and reconciliation.
- Resolve technical bottleneck in the floor for smooth production flow to achieve right quality and quantity.
- Maintain on time Shipment schedule.
- WIP Control.
- Minimize Wastage in term of quality rejection in order to fulfill order quantity.
- Maintain highest standard of quality.
- Skill development in the floor.
- Labor Turnover and absenteeism control as per plan.
- Maintain Safe, Compliant and pleasant workplace.
Educational Qualification: Graduate from any university
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 50 years

- Good communication skills in English
- Good command in Computer (MS word, Excel)
- Good leadership, execution skill, challenges encountering attitude and ability to manage
