Prepare Delivery Note in tally software.
Prepare Invoice in tally software.
Find out the error & mismatch (If any) of DN & invoice and process for correction & completion.
Cooperate and coordinate with other departments like Accounts, IT, logistics & plant for all related issues.
Prepare report in MS Excel as per instruction of Reporting Supervisor
Check & prepare reports on pending sales bills and sales orders.
Follow-up bill by bill posting & make necessary corrections (if any)
Review party overdue and inform related Sales person to take required actions.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Skills Required: Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Teamwork skills
