ASA is in the process of digital transformation of 3073 branches’ operations involving per day more than 90 (ninety) lakh transactions in the system of more than 26000 users. - Organize, manage, and assist manual and automated test engineers to ensure minimal production defect leaks.
- Develop, formalize, and implement QA strategies, plans, write down Test cases, and guide team members.
- Analyze the requirements and understand the deliverables.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers.
- Seek to continuously improve test processes (Root Cause Analysis, Correction and Preventions).
- Lead instructor training on QA-related topics and Lead QA process improvement initiatives.
- Create test coverage documentation, test execution plans, and metrics reports.
- Ensure effective and efficient application of test processes and tools using techniques such as White box, Grey Box, Black box, Test-to-Pass, Test-to-Fail and automation.
- Review the test plan and verify that it complies with all relevant policies, laws, and regulations.
- Undertake any other lawful responsibilities as assigned by the office/supervisor.
Compensation & Other Benefits
- Probation period will be 1 (one) year long with consolidated salary. After successful completion of the probationary period, the employee will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.
- All admissible benefits like contributory provident fund, gratuity, yearly increment, festival allowance, naboborsho allowance, welfare fund and employees group benefit fund will be attributed as per organizational policy.
- For highly qualified & experienced candidates, initial salary may be slightly negotiable.

- B.Sc./ M.Sc. in CSE/ IT/ MIS/ Software Engineering/ ECE/ EEE or equivalent and relevant engineering degree.
Experience
- At least 8 years
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 40 years
- Age at most 40 years (as per NID)
- Competent knowledge in Programming and SQL.
- Keep abreast of changes in technology, standards, and relevant developments in IT & testing by maintaining professional competency through training, reading, and linkages with professional organizations.
- Good Knowledge and experience in load testing and test automation.
- Experience with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JMeter, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG etc.
- Knowledge in GIT, JIRA, Confluence, Postman, Jenkins, Gitlab CI/CD
- Experience in security and penetration testing.
- Experience of working in an Agile/Scrum development process
