Bangladesh Association of Construction Industry (BACI) Web: www.baci-bd.org is a Govt. approved trade organization which represents the construction industry of Bangladesh. BACI was established on 19th December, 1995 as a trade body registered with the Directorate of Trade Organization under the Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of Bangladesh and registered on 25th January, 1996 with the Register of Joint Stock Companies, under The Companies Act, 1994, as a trade organization. BACI is also “A” class member of FBCCI.

BACI is also responsible to provide market driven skill training programs including job placement services in the construction sector under the support of Skills for Employment Investment Program (SEIP), Ministry of Finance, Govt. of Bangladesh. Description

• To lead the Secretariat, formulate the related strategy and policies, provide guidance including administrative, legal & statutory regulations.
• Holding the Board of Directors meetings and other necessary meetings, organizing, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board meetings and annual general meetings (AGMs);
• Effective liaison, networking and linkage with domestic and international bodies ,
• Communication, correspondences, maintaining effective record of accounts & administration.
• Safeguard the organization’s interest in all respect,

Level of education and experience:

• Education: Bachelor of Engineering or Master’s degree,
• Relevant training in management or Human Resources
• Diploma or Higher degree in Management or Human Resources.
• Engineering back ground is preferred.
• Efficiency in Computer skills both Bengali & English is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in relevant or similar job.

Job Nature: Full-time.

Job Location: Dhaka.

Salary Range: Taka one lac, & negotiable for deserving candidate
