Description
- Preparation of RF design principle, formulation of planning methodology in line with technology strategy.
- Dimension radio network resources for optimum performance and achievement of coverage & capacity efficiency to support realization of BL business strategy.
- Enhance Quality of services in PS & CS domain in both GSM & UMTS by analyzing and tuning through modification of relevant logical and physical parameters
- Initiate different optimization mechanism to simplify daily task to reach business target in efficient manner.
- Initiate and trigger performance management activities in the form of cluster optimization, automatic frequency tuning in collaboration with zone engineers, field engineers and network deployment engineers
- Evaluate different tuning proposals from vendor and other service providers to have significant impact on network quality
- Communicate with vendors on recent development of technological evolution with roadmap, analyze technical feasibility and map with the existing business need
- Maintain interaction with other stakeholders with and without technology to lead different cross-functional activities.
- Analyze business and technical requirement, arrange necessary trial of different compact & cost effective solution in collaboration with technical vendor make necessary plan to match the needs, implement the solution, and transfer technical knowledge
- Technical verification of any new technology i.e. LTE on network requirement. Communicate with vendor for any kind of new feature related issue, feasibility for the network.
- Preparing technical document for any new feature in order to share the knowledge of practical experience with the zone engineers
Educational Qualification: B.Sc Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, from a UGC approved institute

- 7-8 years of relevant experience
- Detailed knowledge of market/industry trends within Engineering context
- Comprehensive grip on operations management
- Sound Knowledge of LTE – Architecture & evolution
- Advance knowledge of 2G Radio Planning and optimization
- Advance knowledge of 3G technology & architecture
- Advance knowledge of 3G Radio Planning and optimization
- Depth Knowledge of GSM end-2-end interfaces (Uu, Iub, Iucs,Iups Interface -design & optimization
- Depth knowledge of 2G/3G Signalling optimization and troubleshooting
