Description
- Ensure smooth execution of apparels production in the factory as per the specifications and meet the delivery schedule.
- Responsible for the quality of the garments and providing necessary guidelines
- Supervise the Cutting, Sewing and Finishing department
- Take the ownership to achieve the goal and accomplishing the job target.
- Make production plans on regular basis and implement to ensure order delivery with timely execution till the final stage of Delivery.
- Execute the plans and reach the target set by the company.
- Critical Balancing of lines as required by the styles and capable of utilizing operators to do multiple operations (processes) to complete the sewing.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure that the cutting inputs, trims & accessories are arranged well in advance.
- Ensure the optimum productivity of operators in accordance with the IE requirements.
- Monitor the finishing processes and give necessary guidelines/ support to meet the shipment schedule and to check finishing-quality related issues.
- Responsible for general administration and co-ordination in recruitment of workers and management employees under him.
Educational Qualification:Graduation (Textile Background will be preferable) . Relaxed for highly experienced candidates specially in production with VI BE Mac machines.

Additional Requirements
- Age at least 30 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Minimum 12 years of experience in (specially in Woven Garment Manufacturing for Top & Bottom)
- Can manage production for cutting, sewing and finishing for a 10 lines of a garment factory
- Capable to handle production with VI BE Mac machines
- Management capability should be very strong (who can lead all teams of cutting, sewing and finishing)
- Capable to handle the most critical styles with zero tolerance.
- A solid Knowledge of Internationally accepted Quality Standard.
- A very good aptitude to educate and handle operators in doing multiple operations.
- Should have clear idea about production planning, rejection control, maintaining of AQL and understanding of GSD and other IE things.
- A very good familiarity with the compliance requirements of world-famous customers and meeting their requirements.
- Should have thorough knowledge on production layout, process management and maintaining of production schedule to accomplish the job target and shipment schedule.
- Ability to understand the importance of on-time delivery.
- Skill in manpower management, must possess huge experience and skills to deal with a huge number of workers.
