Description
- Supervise the all types of construction projects, total activities of works as per drawing, quality of work as per standard.
- Lead the team of Engineers, Supervisors & Technically Supporting Staffs independently.
- Planning for proper progresses of the projects, monitoring the project progresses and taking action plans depending upon the needs.
- Monitor the specification of all materials and equipment as per the project standard and BOQ.
- Monitor and supervise the activities of PE, DPE, APE , APC & PC according to site Program/ Schedule.
- Maintain inter-departmental coordination with all other departments and lead the construction works smoothly and timely.
- Maintain and comply standard operation procedure at all phase of construction works up to handover of projects, successfully and efficiently.
- Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
- Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
- Coordinate with all the levels of management and contractors for progress, construction schedule and maintenance of the specification.
- To certify all running and final bills of contractors.
- Prepares project reports for Management.
- Any other activities as and when required by the Management.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
- We Encouraged candidates who are from BUET, KUET, DUET, CHUET or any other renowned public university.
