Description
- Adopt best industrial engineering practices in every possible area for better productivity and ensure optimization of resources
- Apply statistical methods to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
- Monitor the layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to achieve maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer
- Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, estimate production cost and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities
- Assist in implementing lean manufacturing process
- Monitor operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to provide expert inputs while determining worker functions and responsibilities
- Evaluate precision and accuracy of production and testing equipment and engineering drawings to formulate corrective action plan
- Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product
- Analysis manpower status and set standard man & machine ratio considering direct & indirect
- Conduct necessary training on technical aspect and make the existing workforce efficient through proper technical training
- Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Science (MSc)
- MBA in leading university of Bangladesh or overseas
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- Age 28 to 40 years
- Must be GSD license holder.
- A minimum 3-5 years experience in same position in the reputed garment factory.
- Knowledge on LEAN Manufacturing will be added advantage.
- Effective time management, skill prioritization capabilities & ability to work under pressure.
- Problem solving ability with the process oriented mindset.
- Ability to implement both incremental & radical Innovations.
- Be proactive, assistive & forward -thinking.
- Excellence Communication, IT & Presentation skills.
- Ability to take ownership in delivering operational excellence whiles being a performance oriented team-player.
- Training ,Coaching & metering ability.
