Description
- Analyze Business data & prepare various report for management.
- Assist in Distributor & SR wise target setting both value & SKU wise.
- Checking Sales Automation software & informed monitoring team for any findings.
- Assist in preparing monthly Incentive for FF’s.
- Prepare & settled damage claim by distributor & also prepare various report on damage issue.
- Market visit to observe FF’s activities, finding coverage gap & also visit DB point for checking the daily activities if required.
- Any other’s task assign by the management.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor/ Master’s degree in any discipline
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 30 years
- Sound knowledge of MS Office (Specially MS Excel & Bangla Typing), MS PowerPoint, Internet Browsing etc.
- should have experience in Business Development/ MIS/ Organization Development/ Sales & Marketing
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Strong Communication Abilities in Bangla & English (Written & Verbal).
