Assistant Manager – Modern Trade
Description
- Lead corporate sales team members to achieve SKU’s wise sales targets & maintaining sales growth.
- Interact with the sales team to develop sales plans and strategies
- Provide necessary guidelines to the distribution department for smooth delivery
- Liaise with Production, Distribution, Brand, Accounts & other associated departments for smooth operation
- Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product as per their needs
- Monitor corporate client’s credit and inform respective clients accordingly
- Coordinate with the sales team to plan on promotional activities and special events
- Must be target-oriented and have to achieve target monthly, quarterly, yearly
- Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
- Maintain sales management and reporting tools to achieve business objectives
- Maintaining relationships with all potential and existing clients
- Any other task assigned by the Management
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Computer Literacy, Computer literacy, Consumer Behavior Understanding, Excellent communication skill
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 8 year(s)
