- মাঠ পর্যায়ে নির্দিষ্ট কর্ম এলাকায় সম্ভাব্য যক্ষ্মারোগী চিহ্নিতকরণ, কফ্ সংগ্রহ ও স্মেয়ার তৈরি করা।
- স্বাস্থ্যসেবিকা ও ডট প্রভাইডারদের নিয়ে ত্রৈমাসিক সতেজক প্রশিক্ষণ পরিচালনা করা।
- চিকিৎসাধীন যক্ষ্মারোগীকে নিয়মিত ফলোআপ, কফ্ পরীক্ষা ও ডট পর্যবেক্ষণ করা।
- যক্ষ্মারোগীর ঔষধ স্বাস্থ্য সেবিকা ও ডট প্রভাইডারদের নিকট পৌঁছানো নিশ্চিত করা।
- সরকারি ও বেসরকারি পর্যায়ে নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ রাখা।
