Description
- Survey Market to explore business opportunity
- Achieve individual monthly sales targets in terms of asset, liability and collection
- Analyze the credit worthiness of the potential borrower
- Analyze and inspect the market accurately to enhance business growth
- Ensure high quality of services by recognizing and selecting accurate customers
- Act as the single point of contact between the bank and customers/ stakeholders
Educational Qualification: Minimum graduate from any UGC approved reputed University with minimum CGPA 3.00 in all examination. Post-graduation will be an added advantage
Employment Status:
- Having experience in sales will be an added advantage
- Having motorbike driving license will be an added advantage
- Must have the mind set to work outside Dhaka and in rural areas as well
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to source new business through own initiative
- Computer literacy (MS Office) & Analytical ability
- Good communication skill (both written & verbal) and excellent interpersonal Skill
