BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Communication Division:

Officer, CSR Reporting and Sponsorship

Employment Type: Full-time 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain CSR project MIS and prepare the half-yearly CSR reports for regulators and monthly CSR updates for Board Members, ManCom, and the Sustainable Finance Unit/Committee (SFU/SFC).
• Manage sponsorship requests according to BRAC Bank guidelines and communicate with applicants regarding BRAC Bank’s response.
• Collaborate with other teams to align data and information required for CSR and sponsorships.
• Coordinate with external parties in social and cultural activities to promote the organization’s corporate image.
• Encourage co-workers to participate in CSR initiatives.
• Develop CSR case studies and promote the bank’s CSR initiatives through external and internal communication channels.
• Develop a comprehensive database of past, present, and future CSR activity reports to communicate with local media and highlight achievements. Prepare all support materials.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate/ Post-graduate from a UGC-approved institution with a satisfactory academic track record.
• One year of working experience is preferred in corporate communication. However, a fresher can also apply.
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office package, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Be resourceful and innovative and have relevant brand communication and marketing knowledge.
• Be customer-centric, a team player, self-propelled, disciplined, and capable of meeting deadlines.
