Description
- Keep clean office room
- Distribute official documents and materials in respective offices and Play Labs
- Keep all the office material in place
- Give indent of all material to Manager
- Arrange refreshment for guest and Play leaders at refresher time
- Make sure all types of security in office campus during office time
- Maintain stock and Callahan
- Material collection from other offices
- Undertake other work assigned by authority if needed
- Assist in arranging meeting, workshops, and conference as required.
- Ensure available teabags, milk, and sugar in the office.
- Prepare tea and serve staff, visitors, and guests as required.
- Assist entertaining guests with proper arrangement of snacks and others as per management instructions.
- Support office staff in printing, photocopying, and filing as required.
- Keep track and record of food items and others as required.
- Maintain petty cashbook.
- Visit bank for official purposes as instructed by management.
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Educational Qualification: SSC/ HSC
Employment Status: Full-time

- Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to work with people of various backgrounds, culture and religion
- Have good communication skill
