Description

Qualification : MA/MSS/MCom/MBA (Mkt.) from any reputed public or Privet University (Student of Dhaka University, Chittagong University & North South University will get preference).

Experience :

At least 10 years experience in similar (Sales & Marketing) area & 5 years working experience as a General Manager (Marketing) in any reputed organization.
Should have working knowledge of planning, organizing, and monitoring the sales activities to achieve monthly & yearly sales target.
Ability to Identifies marketing opportunities, consumer requirements, competitor’s activities & market share, strengths and weaknesses as well as planning, organizing, leading & controlling skill about sales & marketing linked activities.
Working knowledge of coordinate after sales service issues with customer & service team and ability to provide proper solutions to clients.
Knowledge of creation a database of upcoming all types of projects in Bangladesh and ability to obtain new business scopes.
Ability to lead a big sales team.

Job Nature : Full-time

Salary : Negotiable but expected salary should mention in the application.

Age : Above 45 years

Workplace : Chittagong, Bangladesh. The candidate must live at Chittagong with family. Resident of Chittagong will be get preference.
