- Identification of business opportunities, developing and implementing of strategies for business expansion in line with business plan
- Preparation of Daily and Monthly Customer contract plan and implementation of the same.
- Customer contact, business gain and cost optimization
- Achieve target volume and Growth of business product and services of BLL.
- Conducting regular customer engagement program in an effective way
- Development of different marketing channel for improving volume and market share
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time
Educational Requirements
- Graduate/Post-Graduate in any reputed Public or Private universities.
- Skills Required: Sales & Marketing
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- At least 2-year(s) experience in Lubricant Market.
- Excellent coordination and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Computer literacy(MS Word, Excel)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Bengali.
