Description
- Supports in building business case (through feasibility analysis, financial planning etc.) for projects and responsible for project approval from top management/ corporate office.
- Liaises with external stakeholders, local bodies and government authorities for smooth execution of projects and ensure timely clearances.
- Defines scope and schedule of activities through project plans with timelines and milestones.
- Creates project cross functional task force and recruits suitable talent from operations team.
- Oversees and monitors successful erection, commissioning and handover of projects.
- Ensures preparation and maintenance of appropriate project documentation, quality processes and status reports.
- Undertake project audit from time to time
Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc in Engineering with MBA in Finance.
- Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Budget Monitoring, Compliance, Excellent communication skill, MS Project, Project Costing, Project Management/ Co-ordinator
Experience Requirements
- 10 to 14 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
