Description
- Provides leadership for day to day operations of the Lab Technicians
- carries out analytical research and development assignments
- Responsible for all supervisory duties as assigned for any subordinates assigned
- Analyze technical aspects of projects and determines methods and techniques to be used and principles to be applied.
- Devising precise bulk color reproduction processes.
- Ensuring color fastness, accurate color reproduction, stability and durability of products.
- Using color measuring equipment to ensure color reliability in dyes and pigments
- All color shade matching check with light box and color recipes check.
- Lab dip hanger loop and button lab matching
- Lab dips ok recipe distribution to floor and color recipe check.
- Buyer standard (Original) distribution to dyeing finishing and garments.
- Dyes and chemical test.
- Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the management.
Educational Qualification: Minimum Diploma in Textile
Job Nature: Full-time
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements

- Able to work independently with tight deadline and deal with work procedure.
- Must have good presence and leadership ability.
