Requirements
Education
- Graduate/Masters/MBA with Merchandising.
Experience
- At least 10 years

Responsibilities & Context
- Order follow-up/co-ordination.
- Handling big order.
- Follow up orders with vendors and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
- Review and confirm purchase orders.
- Handling customer’s inquiries.
- Monitor and check production status.
- Follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment move on time.
- Provide advice on design and samples to meet customers requirements.
