Position Title:Deputy / Assistant Manager – (Accounts & Finance).

Subject Areas: Accounts & Finance.

Job Type: Full time .

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Preparation, within  strict deadline under Facility Agreement (“FA”), of-
• Quarterly Financial Statements (FSs), Half Yearly FSs  and Annual FSs .
• Monthly FSs per management requirement.
• Completion of Annual Audit, within strict deadline per FA and Local regulatory requirements.
• Verifying invoices with Agreement and/or FA and Accounts Agreement (“AA”) or similar document(s) of various foreign and local parties, Foreign & Local Consultants, various other parties.
• Preparation of the Various Report for foreign transactions for Central Bank, Commercial Bank, BIDA etc.
• Assists to satisfaction and fulfillment the conditions precedent (CPs) to each utilization of fund under the FA.
• Budget preparation various purposes.
• Ensuring the compliance with the Local VAT and Tax Law.
• Ensuring the recordings of all day to day journal entries in QuickBooks and managing the related file and documents.

Discipline:

• Master’s degree in Accounting / Finance from a reputed University / Institution with CA partly qualified from a reputed firm.

Experience & Specific Qualification:

• Deputy/Assistant Manager (Accounts & Finance): At least 02-03 year(s) experience in structured finance/syndicated loan/foreign currency loan management is preferable.
• Should be proficient in Microsoft office.

Attributes: Should be technically and conceptually strong, dynamic, self-driven and with a positive attitude. Good written and spoken communication skills is an essential job requirement.
