Job Nature: Contractual (initially for one-year possibility of extension up to the project period on 14 May, 2020)

Age: 25 – 45 years

Educational Qualification: Graduate or Bachelor Degree in any discipline. The candidates having post graduate degree will be given preference.

Responsibility: 
Reporting to the Field Coordinator, the Cluster Manager will have the overall responsibility for implementation of USAID’s INCA project in their respective upazila. S/he will provide strategic and managerial support to project team at upazila level and below to roll out project activities. S/he will supervise the activities of Field Supervisors and Community Nutrition Promoter including providing proper guidance.

Consolidated Salary: Tk. 25,000/- per month which is renewable on yearly basis and two bonuses @ 50% of consolidated salary per year.

Job location: Project Cluster/upazila Offices under Bhola District.

• Minimum three years of hands on experience in the similar job.
• Knowledge on Nutrition and Health.
• Knowledge on operation ICT (particularly on MS Excel, MS Word (both Bangla & English), Power Point etc., is essential.
• Should have experience in management of staff Financial and Administrative Management at Upazila level.
• Should have skill in report writing in both Bangla and English.
• Should be fluent in communication both in writing and speaking English language.
• Should have excellent facilitation skill.
• Should have “can do” attitude and abele to handle multiple tasks managing priorities.
• Committed to work following organizational aims, values, principal and policies.
• Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines.
• Must know how to drive motorcycle and have valid driving license.

Educational Qualification: Graduate degree, HSC pass candidate can apply with high relevant experience.

Responsibility: The Field Supervisor (FS) will be union based under Cluster/Upazila Office and responsible for supervision of Community Nutrition Promoter as well as for implementation of program activities at community/Union level. FS will assist and maintain liaison with GoB health and family planning field staff, local NGOs, Union Parishad Chairman and Member and other stakeholders.

Consolidated Salary: Tk. 15,000/- per month which is renewable on yearly basis and two bonuses @ 50% of consolidated salary per year.

Job location: Union level under any project supported upazila under Bhola  District.

• Minimum two years of hands on experience in the similar job.
• Willingness to travel extensively in the remote areas.
• Experience of community mobilization/Behavior Change Communication and Health and Nutrition Project.
• Excellent facilitation skill to conduct training and issue base courtyard sessions.
• Experience of supervising and mentoring a team.
• Should have “can do’ attitude and able to handle multiple tasks managing priorities.
