Description

• Manpower planning, Recruitment, Primary selection, Preparing & updating job description for employees
• Training activity as per buyer CoC, audit requirement
• Conduct yearly self employee assessment program, conduct interview and finalize the report
• Execute & finalize yearly performance management and analyze the employees performance with previous years
• Prepare yearly increment, promotion letter and letter for appreciation and improvement employees performance
• Follow-up, monitoring and make requisition for any requirement
• Support for preparation of any kinds of payment sheet (salary & wages, allowance & OT, Bonus, advance, EL encasement etc.)
• Prepare any kinds of reports; monthly HR report, department wise service analysis report
• Comparative analysis with production and manpower cost, salary & OT analysis
• Update employees transfer, promotion, increment and others information & Conduct and coordinate employees development program
• Transport management, Canteen & dining management, Disciplinary issue
• Support Compliance team to implementing various compliance rules & regulations.
• Any other task assigned by the management

Educational Qualification:

• Masters
• Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM,HRMC
• Training/Trade Course: Disciplinary and Grivance,Factory HR issues,Industrial Realation
• Skills Required: Email Communications, English as well as computer literacy, Reporting to managment, Speaking in english, Strong admistrative quality, Team wro

Job Nature: Full-time
