Description

To provide all types of Secretarial Support to the Managing Director of a large and reputed Group of Company
To maintain the schedules and diary & calendar of the Managing Director and ensure all appointments, programs and meetings are updated;
The candidate should have sound knowledge on preparing meeting minutes, agenda, drafting and management of formal & informal correspondences with relevant bodies;
To arrange and follow-up necessary arrangements for traveling including visa, ticketing, transportation and hotel reservation for Chairman & Managing Director inside and outside the country.
To coordinate with management team, other departments & all wings of the Group as per requirement;
Typing & Filing Documents in professional manner;
To be responsible for all types of official/ business/personal correspondence;
To arrange and coordinate business meeting/ conference inside and outside office;
To maintain contacts directory and e-mail correspondence of the Managing Director
To liaison with the prominent personalities (Govt. & Non Govt.) of the country considering business need and create the best work group;
Carry out any other job assigned time to time by the Managing Director.

Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate from any reputed university

Employment Status: Full-time

Experience: 6 to 8 year(s)

Gender: Only males are allowed to apply

Age: Age 30 to 40 years

Job Location: Dhaka (Uttara)

Salary: Negotiable
