Description

• Manage day to day accounting functions including regular cash verification, bank, and balance sheets, accounts reconciliation, monthly closing, timely submission of financial reports, billing, etc.
• Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close.
• Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions.
• Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Ensure a clean and timely year-end audit.
• Must be familiar with Accounting Software (Tally).
• Responsible for various financial functions such as budgeting, auditing, forecasting, and analysis
• Ensure reconciliation of the client’s ledger and confirmation of the balance.
• Must have enough knowledge about VAT/TAX. & handle this
• Having the knowledge to prepare the necessary financial reports.
• Maintain up to date, accurate accounting system, including computer data entry and paper file system.
• Ensure preparation and submission of periodic (quarterly/ half-yearly/ yearly) financial reports to the management
• Any task assigned by top management.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Master of Commerce (MCom)
