কোস্ট ফাউন্ডেশন (www.coastbd.net) একটি মানভিত্তিক স্বাধীন, অরাজনৈতিক, অলাভজনক এবং বেসরকারি উন্নয়ন সংস্থা (এনজিও), জাতিসংঘের অর্থনৈতিক ও সামাজিক পরিষদ (UN ECOSOC) হতে Special Consultative Status প্রাপ্ত। কোস্টের কর্মী এবং কোস্টের কাজের সাথে সরাসরি সম্পৃক্ত কারো দ্বারা যৌন শোষণ এবং অপব্যবহারের বিষয়ে কোস্ট শূন্য-সহনশীলতা নীতি অনুসরণ করে। নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীদের কোস্ট এর যৌন শোষণ, সহিংসতা ও হয়রানি প্রতিরোধ নীতিমালা মেনে চলতে হবে। নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীদের যৌন শোষণ এবং অপব্যবহারের সাথে সম্পর্কিত তাদের অতীতের আচরণের বিষয়ে রেফারেন্স এবং ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ড চেক করা হবে, নির্বাচন প্রক্রিয়ায় এ বিষয়ে আরও অতিরিক্ত তথ্য প্রদানের প্রয়োজন হতে পারে। কোনো প্রার্থীর বিরুদ্ধে শিশু বা নারী নির্যাতন বা যৌন শোষণের অভিযোগ পাওয়া গেলে এবং প্রমাণিত হলে তাদের আবেদন ও নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়া বাতিল করা হবে। প্রার্থী নিজে এবং তাদের পরিবার কোনো বাল্যবিবাহ করবেন না এবং দেবেন না উল্লেখপূর্বক যোগদানকালে একটি স্বীকৃতিপত্র জমা দিতে হবে। কোস্ট ফাউন্ডেশন “Resilient Homestead and Livelihood Support to the Vulnerable Coastal People of Bangladesh (RHL) Project” প্রকল্পটি পল্লী কর্ম-সহায়ক ফাউন্ডেশন (পিকেএসএফ) এর সহযোগিতায় কক্সবাজার জেলার সদর ও কুতুবদিয়া উপজেলায় বাস্তবায়িত হচ্ছে। প্রকল্পের জন্য কোস্ট ফাউন্ডেশন নিন্মোক্ত পদসমূহে আবেদনপত্র আহবান করছে।
