- Interior Item: Ceiling, Partition, Panelling works, All type of Cabinet, Work station etc.
- Design wall paper and frosted paper, Glass Partition & Glass Door.
- Decorative Mirror work & Mirror supply.
- I-Joist (Local Purchase)
- All kinds of M.S Pipe, M.S plain sheet, C.I sheet
- All kinds of Profile sheet, Fire Door, Individual ATS , M. S Angle, U – Chanel
- Individual Responsibilities:
- Interior work budget control Follow up.
- Comparative statement preparation after negotiation.
- Purchase order preparation (after all problem solve)
- Record keeping and mentioning separate file each vendor.
- Bill preparation after all MRR receive from project.
- Coordination with others Department
- Supplier payment ensure
- Project, supplier office & factory visit
- Market survey & Rate Collection
- Interior related all work order issuing.
- Sample collection & new product sourcing (More Than Imported Interior & Decorative Item)
- Delivery & quality materials.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters/MBA/BBA/Bachelor from any Public/Private university with good academic record.
- Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Bangla and English, Market Research, MS Office, Negotiation Skills, Suppliers and Vendor Management, Vendor Selection
Experience Requirements
- 4 to 8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Experiance in Procurement Logistics, Foreign procurement, Local Procurement, Purchase/ Procurement, Real estate companies, supply chain management, Supply Chain Planning - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
