Description
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities skills in Bangla – English both in Written & Verbal.
- Fast action oriented problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to generate insights and develop actionable recommendations.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook).
- Maintain personnel files of staff including archiving all records like personal information, records of leave, letters and provide to management. Update Employee Information in ERP.
- Ensure that the support staff, gardeners, cleaners and security personnel are providing smooth administrative services.
- Should be able to draft letters and communicate in English with the internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external vendors on administrative matters, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including venue booking, catering arrangements and logistics support.
- Ensure overall factory’s Housekeeping service, security, canteen and dormitory management.
- Demonstrated the ability to work independently and take ownership of work activities.
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management, Bachelor/Honors
Experience
- At least 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Group of Companies, Cement Industry, Developer
