Description
- Assist recruitment process as per requisition and vacancies
- Assist in HR planning, including manpower planning and forecasting
- Conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
- Assist to conduct exit interview as required
- Assist daily functional activities of department by giving proper support
- Help to conduct Training Need Assessment (TNA), set training objectives, prepare training plan, conduct trainings and execute the functions relevant to training modules
- Prepare and circulate all kind of company notices
- Prepare presentations and reports of all company activities
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting or Mathematics or HRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Mathematics or Accounting or HRM
- Skills Required: ability to work as a team, Excellency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Strong communication skills
