Description
- Prepare voucher & checking Bill/ Supporting voucher.
- Prepare yearly financial budget.
- Prepare & posting voucher.
- Prepare trial balance.
- Prepare annual accounts..
- The officer will be needed to manage the financial bookkeeping.
- Processing invoices, records payments, and track expenses of the organization. Supervise other staff members who assist with the bookkeeping duties. Attention to detail is paramount. Cross check each expense with the corresponding invoice, to ensure that the billing is accurate.
- Create and monitor internal auditing procedures and to solve problem when accounting numbers are not in sync.
- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
- Advising on long-term business and financial planning
- Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholder.
Educational Qualification: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Employment Status:
- Age at most 40 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- At least 2 years practical experience.
- Must have to drive motorcycle with valid driving license.
- Educational background and age will be relaxed for experience candidates.
- Should have mentality to work extra work.
