Description
- Properly formation of different forum like CSOs and Couples group etc. in her/his assigned area
- Implement project intervention as per project needs and the direction of management team
- Sensitise the community as well as the LGI and line department people on CSOs, violence against women, advocacy and the democracy of his/her assigned area.
- Facilitate Training/meeting/workshop of CSOs member on conflict Sensitive democratic dialogue, Rights to Information Act, information fair and spouse meeting etc.
- Facilitate local level dialogue and planning meeting in collaboration with Local Authorities (LAS).
- Coordination of public events activities within the national campaign.
- Organise different capacity building events as when required
- Collect project data and share with project management for analysis and use
- Ensure quality of the implementing activities of the project
- Conduct periodic monitoring following standard procedure and reports as per project requirement
- Organise fair against child marriage, violence against women and girls, cyber bullying and sexual harassment in her/his jurisdictions
- Develop and apply RTI application.
- Support to HR violence survivors and provide rapid response support.
- And any other tasks is assigned by the supervisor.
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum graduate degree in Development Studies, Social Science or any other relevant discipline.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 45 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Sound background of project implementation, group formation etc.;
- Sound knowledge on Human rights, Women and Child rights, violence against women, child marriage and subsequent acts and rules.
- Able to make plan and organizing task;
- Willing to stay in remote areas;
- Able to prepare factual report/MIS documentation;
- Excellent in team work, networking and communication
- Knowledge on target group selection from ultra poor communities.
- Able to drive motor cycle having valid driving license and frequent field visit.
- Computer literacy on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint will be added value.
- Good analytical skill and ability to work under pressure
- Awareness and sensitivity regarding gender issues and respect for diversity

Salary
- Tk. 14600 (Monthly)
- Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Travel Allowance, Health Insurance and Leave Benefits will be entitled as per organizational policy.
