Law Officer

Description

Vetting documents relating to land purchase, to be involved in registry office relating to the registration of various types of deeds and documents, mutation, miss case and land related other necessary issues.
Preparing & Drafting Legal Notice, deed of agreement, Power of Attorney, Service Agreement and other legal documents as required by the organization.
Monitoring all suits/cases pending on the Judge Court, High Court and Tribunals when and where necessary.
To ensure corporate compliance by taking initiatives on various legal issues and giving advice to the concern according to Labor Code when and where necessary.
Checking & Re-vetting Sanction letter, Letter of Hypothecation, Loan Subordination Agreement, Power, Deed of Mortgage regarding bank loan and finally giving opinion accordingly.
Communication & Negotiation with RJSC, DPDT, RAJUK and other government and autonomous office for and on behalf of the organization.
Incumbent should have Proper knowledge for handling all kinds of legal matters.
Proper Maintaining all files and documentation with confidentiality (as archive).
Carry out any other tasks which assigned by the management authority.

Educational Qualification:

- LLM/ LLB from any reputed university
- Enrolled with Bangladesh Bar Council.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Consultant, Contract, Regulatory, Liaison, Labor Law, Land law.
- Excellent & pleasant communication, negotiable & leadership skill, honesty, punctual, proactive, hard working and ability to calm under pressure
- Strong oral and written communication skill in English.
- Good computer skill in MS office, mail, internet etc
- Physical fitness and should to move various location for legal issues as & when require
- Good analytical and prompt decision making capability. Report writing skills.
