- বেসরকারি / গবেষণা প্রতিষ্ঠানে ব্যবস্থাপনা পদে ৭-৮ বছর কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
- প্রতিষ্ঠানের বার্ষিক প্রতিবেদন, কার্যকর যোগাযোগ উপকরণ ও অন্যান্য প্রকাশনাসমূহ সম্পাদনা, ডিজাইন ও মুদ্রণ কাজে ৩-৪ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকা; গাফিক্স ডিজাইনে বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা;
- সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যম ও অনলাইন মাধ্যম (ফেসবুক, ইউটিউব, ওয়েবসাইট) হালনাগাদের দক্ষতা থাকা;
- ডিএসকের অংশীজনদের সাথে যোগাযোগ কৌশল সুদৃঢ় করার লক্ষ্যে উদ্যোগ গ্রহণ ও ভূমিকা পালন করা;
- বিভিন্ন বিভাগের সাথে আন্তঃযোগাযোগের মাধ্যমে প্রতিষ্ঠানের তহবিল সংগ্রহে ভূমিকা রাখা;
- ইলাস্ট্রেটর (Illustrator) এ কাজ করার বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা; কেস স্টোরি, ভিডিও তৈরীর অভিজ্ঞতা;
- ইংরেজীতে প্রতিবেদন তৈরীর দক্ষতা থাকা;
- পূর্বে এ পদে যারা আবেদন করেছেন তাদের পুন:আবেদন করার প্রয়োজন নেই।
