Description
- Ensure plant’s expenses are within the budget
- Daily Manpower update report sending to top management
- Ensure all GRNs with concerned Depts and sent to HO
- Coordinate with Central Finance team for monthly closure of accounts
- Verification and analysis of employees advance ledger on weekly basis
- Verify weekly production incentive and ensure disbursement on time.
- Coordination with Central Finance team for salary upload and preparation of salary disbursement papers.
- Making of weekly fund planning and discussing with CFO
- Verify maternity benefit, final settlement calculation and ensure the payment is executed on time
- Preparation of S&B analysis and sharing with Senior Management
- Ensure new employee checklist in payroll system
- Verification of associates regular increment and signing (approval) in payroll system
- Prepare monthly RM -Left over report and ensure the disposal is done on time after necessary approval
- Ensure the approved Capex are incurred within the limit & keep records.
- Carry out ad-hoc analysis as requested by CFO / Senior Management
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Commerce (MCom),Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Qualified Chartered Accountant
