Description
- Maintain quality standards in testing laboratory
- Maintain Highest TAT (turn around time) & ensure timely delivery of test result
- Ensure decisions of accepting or rejecting any batch of materials should be taken after accurate tests
- Maintenance of routine logs & laboratory notes
- Reviewing the non- confirming points and analyzing the root cause & suggesting corrective and/ or preventive action for testing problems
- Supervise the laboratory staff with a smart planning, monitoring & control
- Co-ordinate all testing procedures in a manner that’s most efficient
- Arrange for all necessary internal & external customer’s buyer protocol/ operational manuals
- Prepare & train up technician for accreditation and correlation test program to touch the aim
- To ensure quarterly training program for laboratory personnel through GLP to develop their technical skill
Educational Qualification: B.Sc in Textile Engineering or Chemistry from any reputed university
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- Age 27 to 30 years
- The applicant should have at least 2 years experience in technical testing laboratory in large textile industry.
- Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
- Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
- Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
- Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
- Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience:
- 3 to 4 year(s)
