Description
- Pre & post-audit of all accounting transactions, purchase requisition, financial Vouchers, bill, Cost & Freight (C&F) bills, transport bills, salary, wages & Over Time , personnel & administrative files and other relevant documents, etc.
- Check accounts documents for instance receipts and payment, bank reconciliation, income statement, cash and bank book, petty cash, challan, gate pass etc. and report to management.
- Store and warehouse activities are check properly for instance finish good, inventory audit, cash incentive are duly recover.
- Prepare management report in Commercial activities- invoices, packing list, Bill of Lading (B/L), shipping bill of export, export Letter of Credit (L/C), Utilization Declaration (UD) and any other relevant document related with export transactions.
- Examine intra departmental SOP’s & policies and recommend necessary changes.
- Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures.
- Review financial report (weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly) and send to recommendation to management.
Educational Qualification: Master of Commerce (M Com) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) major in Accounting or Finance
Employment Status: Full-time

- Work experience: Strong academic background, with at least 3-4 years’ work experiences in local or global organization;
- Industry or business area: Incumbent’s those who have work experience of Readymade Garment (RMG) or First Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) business unit will get preferences.
- Languages: Fluent written and spoken English and Bengali;
- Computer skills: Computer proficiency – particularly MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), knowledge of Tally software is an asset.
- Knowledge: Moderate knowledge of Information Technology working procedures
