Description

• Check all inventory items with their balance as per stock register and verify the same materials with the balance of the corresponding bin cards.
• Reconcile the physical count report with record. If any discrepancy found then make a report.
• Preparation of detailed monthly & yearly audit plan, audit program and methodology of accounting and auditing services & submission audit report.
• Assessment and evaluation of internal control system.
• Check & verify AIT from supplier’s bills, salary etc. & deposit to Govt. exchequer within the specific time in accordance with Income Tax Ordinance 1984.
• Examine books of accounts and returns i.e. General ledger, Cashbook, Bank book, Subsidiary ledger of the organization in supported by sufficient and relevant evidence.
• Check the monthly VAT return and review with purchase register ,Sales register, Challan (invoice), Challan (cash memo), VAT Challan for local purchase, Bill of entry for imported Input, treasury challan copy, Credit note and Debit note Mushak.
• Check & verify all transactions are made in accordance with the organization internal policy like, purchase policy, sales policy, car maintenance policy, employee benefit policy, product policy, recruitment policy, Depreciation policy etc. and government rules and regulations like Company Act. Income Tax Ordinance and Rules, VAT Act & Rules. Stamp Act. Customs Act, Labor Law etc.
• Any other activities as and when required by the management.
